The improvement of previously described protocols for the regeneration shoots from ‘Canino’ mature seed hypocotyl slices has been accomplished. effects different factors such as part used, vacuum-infiltration, 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid pulse, vacuum-infiltration and sonication on transient transformation were analyzed. When three obtained hypocotyls evaluated separately medium, highest percentages regenerating explants achieved in close to epicotyl central part. On other hand, 30 s followed by during Agrobacterium infection 20 min allowed an increase events. application these modifications procedure increased efficiencies, events may reduce frequency failed experiments. An efficient regeneration/transformation protocol could facilitate its use a biotechnological technique apricot breeding.
